Terms of service

1. All return payments are subject under Washington state law to three times the original amount plus bank and legal fees.
2. All services are final upon payment. You are an active part in this process and payment constitutes satisfaction with the results. Additional services will be charged accordingly.
3. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the schedule charge.
4. Corrective colors are a two hour minimum with the understanding that this could be a multiple-visit journey.
5. Patch tests are recommended for all color services. Waiving that recommendation holds harmless: Sugardaddy’s Salon and all of its employees.
6. As these are chemicals, Sugardaddy’s Salon is not responsible for any stained or damaged clothing.
